Clark Wisor, Esquire

After twelve years of serving the citizens of Montgomery County Maryland as a Family Division Magistrate, I retired January 2019. I am a native of Montgomery County, having graduated from Montgomery Blair High School, University of Maryland (B.A., Political Science, Deans List) and the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D.). Prior to my time on the judiciary, I was a child support prosecutor in the Montgomery County Office of Child Support Enforcement, an Assistant Public Defender and a Judicial Law Clerk (Honorable John Mitchell, Administrative Judge, Montgomery County).
